so far ive just been remembering them
ive only gotten a handful so far so it hasnt gotten too difficult to keep them straight yet
though i guess keeping notes isnt a bad idea

If you only have a few, it might not be necessary. But even if it's not to keep track of what you've remembered, having a record somewhere is a good idea. There's no telling if we'll forget something, either naturally or by Retrospec's doing.

fake or not there might be some information to be gained out of them all the same
itd be silly to lose that resource on one of their whims

I can't say for sure that they won't magically erase the text or something, especially if one of us loses the app. But it's worth a try.

think the odds of them learning how to magically destroy text are pretty low
at least compared to the odds of them deleting comments on the app anyway

I don't know why it never occurred to me that they could easily mess with or erase comments. There was already that ordeal where messages were sent to the wrong people, but deleting them is a whole other story.

i imagine they could change things on here however they wanted
whether thats deleting or restricting access to comments that inconvenience them

It's definitely not out of the question. I don't think we can put anything past them, and if it's anything like deleting most comments online, it would be really easy for them to do.

On one hand, it's their service. But at the same time...

probably shouldnt keep any important reminders on here
